Administrator - Vehicle Spares - Ottery

List of duties:
- Updating timesheet daily
- Check daily takings/sales at end of day (making sure cash, credit card and EFT all add up)
- Drop the cash in drop safe and sign for it
- Checking bank statement (ensuring enough money to pay for parts, salaries etc.)
- Booking in vehicles and loading to stock system
- Booking in parts and loading to stock system
- Placing ads (facebook, gumtree and looking for spares)
- Monitoring facebook and reply to requests from ads
- Monitor/assist salesman (checking on prices for public and quotes for insurance companies)
- Attending to customer complaints, queries and refunds
- Liaising Driver with regards to vehicle papers and licensing
- Liaising with phone company, printer company, alarm company, internet company if any issues
- On call if alarm company calls afterhours
- Liaise with Prasa if any issues with property
- Monitor sales during month (total and each salesman)
- Ordering of cleaning supplies, stationery and tools
- Ensuring first aid kit is stocked
- Ensuring premises is locked and alarm set before leaving at end of the day
- And updating the secondhand goods book for police
3 years administration experience required
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
