Senior Project Manager

Our client is looking for Senior Project Manager who will oversee the conception, implementation, and completion of a project. The main duty is to plan, organize, lead, and control the project effectively and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Project Administrators, Project Managers, and project resources.
- Responsible for using best practice PMO methodology.
- Define Project Roles and Responsibilities.
- Prepares and maintains realistic Project Plans and ensures all deliverables are met within the relevant timeframe.
- Manages Project Priorities.
- Manage Project Scope by assessing the impact on budget, time, and risk.
- Identify Issues, troubleshoot, and resolve them in a timely manner with little impact on Project deliverables or timelines.
- Manage Project Budget and ensure the project is completed within the Budget allocated.
- Manage Clients' expectations and create good working relations with all stakeholders.
- Clear communication to all stakeholders.
- Chair and run, Daily Stand-ups, Steering Committees, and Exco Meetings.
- Mentor Project Managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Project Manager in the Finance Industry.
- Organized and excellent time management skills.
