**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
Responsible for sales administration and support for Brand Sales Management and Business Development
Managers.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and documentation to help Business Development Managers achieve their sales target
- Manage job listing input for pro-active sourcing requests
- Act as a point of contact between sales and production
- Ensure that all queries are resolved timeously

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar sales support role with strong

administration skills
- Previous experience with CRM software will be beneficial
- High level of computer skills
