**Salary and remuneration**:
Our business model is slightly different to a regular sales model. We would look to offer a basic with the idea of income scaling based on the clients you are able to service and the responsibility you are willing to take on.

From the long-term perspective, we want to consider partnership as the basis for remuneration.

A big advantage would be to have existing clients or be able show a strong network that could support you. This would accelerate your earnings.

If you want to specialise in other financial services then we can help you get qualified and start working in that aspect of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Financial Planner at Growmatter, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards financial success. Your responsibilities would include:
Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial goals, providing personalized advice, and establishing long-term partnerships.

Comprehensive financial planning: Analyse clients' financial situations, develop tailored strategies, and deliver comprehensive plans within your realm of expertise. Whether it's retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, or estate planning.

Proactive client communication: Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, address questions or concerns, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.

Compliance and regulations: Adhere to all industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies to ensure clients' best interests are always prioritized.

You will be responsible for at least 1 of these specialities:
Investment advisory: Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities, perform market research, assess risk tolerance, and develop portfolios that align with clients' objectives.

Short term planning: Provide advice on the best product for the needs of individuals and business in both personal and commercial insurance. You need to quote across numerous providers and provide comparisons on each option presented to a client.

Health Advice: Help individuals, employees and employers select the appropriate medical aid plans, advise on gap cover products and guide clients through the loyalty schemes such as Vitality and Multiply.

Risk Planning: Provide expert planning for all risk events
- Death, Disability and Illness. Explain the relevance of the plan to clients in a manner they can understand. Perform product research and comparisons across providers.

**Requirements**:

- Regulatory Exams and meeting the requirements of FAIS Fit and Proper.
- Meeting the requirements for KI would be very advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies, products, providers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Be able to work in a close team and partner with other individuals to work on a clients’ portfolio.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Financial Planning) CFP
- Proven experience as a financial advisor, preferably with a reputable financial institution or advisory firm.
