- To inspire a love for learning and for the world we live in. To adopt a holistic view to children in their care, promoting the general progress and well-being of individuals and of any class or group assigned to them. To create a positive learning environment and motivate children to achieve their full potential.- Attendance at all formal school events as indicated by the Executive Head.
- Organization of field trips.
- Organizing guest speakers and presenters as relates to the field of English.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Enjoy supporting and contributing to the success of teams.
- Live with high standards and seek consistent improvement over time.
- Have excellent administration skills and a ready attention to detail.
- Be ready to contribute to the extra-mural (afternoon) programme.
- Be willing to organize / attend camps as per school requirements.
- Be available for Regional and National conferences or other training as required.
- Reddam House Bedfordview reserves the right not to make an appointment.
