Facilities Coordinator
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator who will be required to provide the necessary administrative support to execute day to day work efficiently and who will be responsible for space management, maintenance, security, health and safety, travel, stationery, other ancillary services to HO and Branches.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative support in the fields of facilities, transport, travel, mail management, stationary, consumables and supplies to the entire Bank in order to ensure timely accomplishment of their operational tasks.
- Enlistment of the Bank's vendors / suppliers and obtaining best rates / prices for the Bank by utlising economies of scale; Oversees cost-effective purchase and procurement of material and ensures all expenses are managed within budget.
- Avoidance of premises related penalties / fines by Local Governments, Safety Organizations, etc.
- Ensuring execution of BCM Drills across Head Office and Branches through coordination with Operations Risk, Branch Managers, and TBS.
- Co-ordination with Finance, IT, Operational Risk Departments and branches in accomplishment of administration related tasks e.g. BCP drills, Fixed Asset Tagging, etc.
- Liaison with Body Corporates and ensure all requirements for enlistment of vendors / suppliers / service providers are arranged and kept valid at all times
- Responsible person for all occupational health and safety matters including but not necessarily limited to identifying and training representatives, reporting, mitigating risks, investigating incidents, ensuring compliance etc.
The following minimum requirements must be met to be considered for this position:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
5 years relevant working experience.
Experience with MS Office and Projects will be an advantage.
