The Lounge Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of our world-class airport lounge. The primary objective of this position is to ensure a five-star experience for all guests by consistently managing the delivery of impeccable customer service and ensuring the flawless maintenance and operations of the lounge.

This position is required to lead, manage, and develop the reception team into one that surpasses worldwide airport lounge service delivery.

The Lounge Manager is responsible for the management of the service providers in the lounge in line with the agreed service level agreements and business expectations. This requires providing support, coaching, and addressing daily operational needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R25,000.00 per month
