We are currently seeking a **dynamic Service Technician** to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various service tasks, identifying technical issues, and contributing to the enhancement of our products' quality and performance.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Service Technician, your role will be essential in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and maintaining the reliability of our products.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Carrying out a diverse range of service tasks across various categories, showcasing your technical expertise.
- Playing a pivotal role in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by executing service work in accordance with customer orders and expectations.
- Thoroughly preparing all necessary documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for client sign-off.
- Proactively troubleshooting equipment failures, and providing insightful recommendations to prevent recurring issues in the future.
- Identifying opportunities for product and quality improvement, contributing to our ongoing innovation efforts.
- Adhering to safety regulations, promoting secure practices, and fulfilling environmental responsibilities.

**Your Background**:
**_ To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or Trade Tested with a minimum N4 qualification.
- 2 - 4 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Effective communication skills at all levels and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Computer literacy is essential for managing documentation and reports.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed, especially in emergency situations.
- Fluent in the English language.
