**Responsibilities**:

- Network and Connectivity: manage wired and wireless networks, edge infrastructure, network security and access management, IP address and network space management, and network performance monitoring and management.
- CCTV, IoT, and Call System Management: deploy, maintain, and monitor CCTV and IoT equipment, assign and manage extensions on the cloud SBC appliance for all VoIP calling, manage user and device access to the staff and student networks, and manage access control equipment across the estate.
- Conferencing Equipment: set up and manage internal conferencing as well as VILT.
- Mobile Connectivity Device Management: track, issue, and manage all mobile connectivity devices including Laptops, modems, dongles, and SIM cards.
- Cloud and Managed Platforms: manage the selected productivity platform for the organization and specified subsidiaries, assign and revoke licenses, assist the ICT Manager in renewing and potentially expanding the Partner status for the organization, provision, manage, and secure any cloud-based or managed compute footprint required by the business or platform teams, and provide accurate reporting on the usage, status, and related performance data of all cloud and managed platforms.
- End User Compute Support: provide assistance and advice to the ICT Manager on end-user compute requirements for the estate, effectively and automatically manage all deployed end-user compute devices, effectively track all deployed equipment, and assist with repairs, allocations, and recycling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- COMPTIA / A+ / N+
- MCSE / MCSA / MCP or other MS course
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network and infrastructure management, cloud and managed platforms, end-user computing, and related security measures.(MS-Teams,MS-365)
- Strong technical skills and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- A commitment to professional learning and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to model and uphold CTU's values and Technology Department's pillars of operation.
