**CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES**:
- Payment of various claims (Withdrawal, Retrenchment - Workflow, Retirement, Death, and Monthly Pensioners).
- Requesting of necessary cashbooks.
- Adding and requesting of payment letters.
- Reconciling all cashbooks.
- Adding of manual payments onto the system.
- Completing and submitting necessary statistical reports.
- Bank confirmations.
- Updating of Monthly Pensioner survival certificates.
- Preparing updated Swift payments with payment instruction for distribution to Forex.
- Reconciling monthly pension payroll.
- Utilising multiple systems (Workflow and Natural).**Inherent Requirements**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Grade 12
- Intermediate Excel
- Good attendance and reliability
**BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a retirement/death/monthly pensions Fund admin environment.
- Or 2 years withdrawal claims experience, alternatively 3 years related surplus experience.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and administrative skills.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office/Excel, keyboard skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting skills.
- Service orientation.
- Manage time and goal oriented.
- Ability to work unsupervised and shows initiative.
