An agricultural technology company is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to join their growing concern.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 Years Warehouse and Logistical Experience.
- Knowledge about volumetrics weight calculations.
- Experience dealing with transporters and couriers.
- Stock management, stock control and stock ordering experience.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Good computer skills especially working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (Sage Evolution).
- Has previous experience working with consignment stock.
- Self-management and have organizational skills which enables you to maintain your composure and still work effectively under pressured.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Performing weekly/monthly stock takes at head office and depots.
- Ensuring that barcodes for our inventory are updated and accurate; that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
- Properly identifying inventory and correcting discrepancies related to their part numbers.
- Establish and maintain maximum and minimum inventory levels.
- Consult with warehouse manager with regards to fast moving stock.
- Track incoming shipments from supplier.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pack and unpack inventory items for dispatch.
- Ensuring that requested goods, are delivered to the appropriate client and on time.
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Assess how secure the inventory is at the different branches; perform risk assessment at each branch monthly.
