**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**: but not limited to

**Product Promotion**:

- Educate consumers about Bumbo products, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability for different age groups. Conduct product demonstrations and provide personalized recommendations to customers.

**Event Representation**:

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase Bumbo products and interact with potential customers. Effectively communicate the brand's message and values to attendees.

**Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners to ensure optimal product visibility and availability. Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Design and implement attractive product displays in retail stores, ensuring that Bumbo products are prominently featured and visually appealing. Regularly refresh displays to maintain relevance and maximize impact.

**Sales Generation**:

- Drive sales by actively promoting Bumbo products, providing product demonstrations, and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship-building.

**Content Creation**:

- Generate engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and videos, to showcase Bumbo products and share parenting tips and advice. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual and written content.

**Market Insights**:

- Gather feedback from customers and market trends to provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams. Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.

**Training**:

- Conduct training sessions for retail staff and other stakeholders to ensure they have a thorough understanding of Bumbo products and can effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Provide ongoing support and resources to empower retail partners.

**Brand Advocacy**:

- Act as a passionate advocate for the Bumbo brand, embodying its values and promoting its mission of supporting childhood development. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, visual merchandising, or customer service, preferably in the baby products industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for working with infants and toddlers and a genuine passion for supporting their development.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for events and meetings.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience creating content is a PLUS

**REMUNERATION / BENEFITS**

**SALARY**:R 20 000 - R 30 000 per month (Depending on Experience)
