Job Purpose

Job Requirements

**Your main areas of responsibility will include the following**:
Prepare general ledger and assist with month-end close preparation and reporting
Support quarterly balance sheet reconciliation performance
Prepare trial balances and analyze key accounts to identify unusual transactions
Raise and assist with PO’s in relation to Fixed Costs
Process Fixed Cost journal entries
Process Month End Journal entries
Analyze fixed cost by division and Cost Centre vs Plan and Latest forecast
Review margin analysis for pricing for review
Assist FP&A Managers with forecast loads for review
Support internal control measures
Assist with local audit matters
Provide ad hoc administration support to finance and business teams
Partner and liaise with key stakeholders

**Education**:
Degree/Btech in Financial Accounting

**Required experience**:
Part time work experience (an advantage)
MS Excel required

**Technical Skills and Competencies**:
Financial acumen with strong numeracy skills
Good planning and organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
Dead line driven
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Able to solve problems logically.
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills, with diverse stakeholders.
Good self-management, resilience and learning agility
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel
Able and willing to learn
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
