- Support and improve the production process through device assembly
- Execute assembly of components with precision to ensure workable product
- Develop mastery on the equipment and production process
- Execute and coordinate equipment, process and product validation activities
- Adhere to production process protocol, work instruction and process improvement changes
- Perform work in a safe manner, notifying management of safety issues and risks
- Perform equipment sterilization
- Conduct/assist with equipment calibration
- Inspect component quality
- Maintain clean room environment according to regulatory requirements
- Meet and maintain training requirements
- Maintain proper documentation for quality and compliance matters

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- 2+ years’ experience in medical devices manufacturing
- Knowledge of medical device production process and regulations
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under a deadline
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Adaptable
- Team player
- Keen to learn new skills
