Junior Visual Coordinator

The Visual Coordinator must be proactive, assertive and a confident go-getter, who can assist the Marketing team in adding value to the Fashion brand by being responsible for the implementation of the Dunns Visual Merchandising Strategy throughout our Stores. The role will also support the Operations team with the implementation of the Visual Strategy through effective communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**: Develop a close working relationship with the Marketing, Merchandise and Operations departments to ensure consistency of visual Merchandising standards at store level. Frequent change of displays in accordance with seasons, market trends and promotions. Create impactful and exciting visual displays which showcase product and brands Constant focus on innovation and creativity to ensure fresh concepts for Visual Merchandising design for windows and in store. New store openings. Develop and maintain a Visual Merchandising manual which outlines the Dunns Visual Merchandising principles, standards and objectives which are aligned to the brand identity and strategy including core business processes. Prepare and submit plans to execute Visual Merchandising activities for Operations. Research and development of the Visual Merchandising standards and displays. Manage projects. Manage a financial budget

**Qualifications**: A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent is an essential requirement. A relevant qualification would be a definite advantage.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
A minimum of 3 years proven fashion retail experience with reputable companies in Visual Merchandising is essential. Specialist knowledge, together with a successful track record in Visual Merchandising. A working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) is required. Experience with Photoshop and InDesign packages would be advantageous.
