Iwms Specialist

Position title : IWMS Specialist

Position reports to : Head of BI & Analytics

Business Unit : Operations

**Main purpose / objective of the position**:
As an IWMS Specialist, you will be required to configure, customize, and integrate methods of Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS), including Planon (a fully web-based solution that allows property users and owners to connect with their buildings, people, and processes), by eliminating data silos and aligning solutions into one shared platform.

**Duties**:
Your duties will include:

- Identify, interpret, and implement technical requirements
- Create technical specifications
- Implement solutions using Java, Python, and SQL
- Configure and Customize Planon IWMS solutions
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing
- Build and maintain relationships with clients you are directly working with, to ensure value-add, building trust, and developing a strong working relationship.
- Deliver high-quality, reliable results while managing your time effectively.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across platforms and systems
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business process & IWMS solutions
- Identify areas for improvement in IWMS environment and make recommendations for enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and make recommendations to improve business processes and capabilities
- Train and educate stakeholders on the use of IWMS tools and best practices

**Decision-making authority**:

- Works within a framework of existing policies and guidelines/client mandates

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related
- 3 years relevant experience

**Desirable Knowledge/Experience**:

- Knowledge & experience working on Planon will be an advantage
- Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Experience in integration methodologies such as SOAP, REST.
