We currently have an exciting learnership opportunity for a young individual in Generic Management Level 5 Focusing on the key concepts, principles and practices of management that will enable learners to lead, manage, organise and control first line managers and team leaders. The scope of generic management covers five domains: leadership, managing the environment, managing relations, managing knowledge and the practice of management, the learnership will run for a period of 12 months.

**Requirements**:

- Completed Grade 12 (matric)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must reside within the North of Johannesburg and able to travel to our Retail Stores
- Must be prepared to work within a retail environment.
- Flexible to work selected shifts (including working weekends and public holidays when rostered)
- No criminal or negative ITC Record
- Must be computer literate.
- Immediate availability.
- Please note this is not a permanent position (it is a 12-month learnership contract) _
