Reservation Consultant

**Reservation Consultant Multiple Properties**

A luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg requires an experienced Reservations Consultant with at
provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.

**Scope & General Purpose**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
- Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager Requirements:

- Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar position
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized with good time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Works well and accurately under pressure

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS**
Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills
eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS**
5 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties
- Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills

**SALARY R 18 000 - R 20 000**
- 5% provident fund is available (compulsory)
- Company does provide medical aid but forms part of CTC package

- Reservations for multiple properties: 5 years (preferred)
- 5* & 4* Hotel & Lodge Reservations: 5 years (preferred)
