**Job Summary**:
As an AI Prompting Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting effective prompts that elicit accurate, relevant, and high-quality responses from AI systems. Your role will involve a deep understanding of AI behavior, language nuances, and user intent to optimize interactions between humans and AI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop creative prompts to guide AI systems in generating content, answering questions, and performing tasks.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prompt effectiveness, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, content creators, and data scientists, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct research to stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI prompting techniques.
- Analyze AI responses to prompts, identify patterns, and refine strategies to improve output quality and consistency.
- Train end-users and internal team members on best practices for interacting with AI systems.
- Continuously monitoring and refine prompts based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving AI capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of tools and frameworks that facilitate efficient and scalable prompt management.
- Document prompt design processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a role that requires strong language skills and creativity, such as copywriting, technical writing, or content creation.
- Proven experience in AI, natural language processing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI technology and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

**Preferred Skills**:

- At least 3 Years Experience with AI prompting or working with conversational AI platforms.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- At least 3 Years Experience in user experience (UX) design or human-computer interaction (HCI).
- At least 3 Years Experience with AI technology and natural language processing, or a related field.

**Salary**: R35 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
