**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- NLM for software copilots involving prompt engineering, Sentiment analysis, Named Entity Recognition, Chatbots and Text Summarization, using models such as BERT, GPT-3, Rasa NLU, etc.
- Generative Models, currently leveraging Generative Adversarial Networks, such as StyleGAN, DCGAN (Deep Convolutional GAN), or CycleGAN.
- ML models for Predictive Analytics using Time-series forecasting using ARIMA, Prophet, or Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks as well as Predictive Maintenance using Random Forests, XGBoost and/or LSTM.
- Collaborate in defining the AI Product Roadmap for Unamani AI.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends.

In addition to the above, you will be expected to service the following:
**Product Strategy**:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, collaborating with the domain teams
- Define the product roadmap, goals, and priorities based on market research and business objectives
- Lead discovery and prototyping of new products and features
- Market Research:

- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

**Product Development**:

- Collaborate with design, engineering, science and other teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Manage the product development process from ideation through to release
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budget
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and roadmap to cross-functional teams, executives and stakeholders
- Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to refine the product strategy
- Product Lifecycle Management:

- Monitor product performance and key metrics
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the product throughout its lifecycle
- Develop and execute end-of-life and sunset strategies when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a Master’s in AI or related field or significant experience in AI software projects. A Bachelor’s degree is welcome for related roles as well.
- Strong technical expertise in AI, ML, and software development.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers.
- No previous people management experience is needed, but the ambition to grow into this role is essential.
- Note: Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks and synthetic data generation is preferable._
