Zevenwacht Wine Estate seeks a Wage and Creditors clerk to assist the bookkeeper.

**Key performance areas**:

- Processing of weekly payroll
- UIF Forms
- Collecting creditors invoices from departments
- Capturing approved invoices
- Reconcile creditor statements
- Handle creditors queries
- Loading payments on bank
- General admin and ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Pastel Partner and VIP Payroll
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuils River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- similar: 3 years (preferred)
