Readers Warehouse is currently seeking the services of a Creditors Clerk, to join our Team at the head office based in Diepriver, Cape Town

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Creditors - Local: process stock invoices/credit notes, follow up on receipt of outstanding invoices and delivery notes, process Sundry invoice and allocate to cost centre, reconcile to supplier statements, process supplier payments.
- Creditors - Couriers: sorting courier costs by cost centre, follow up on overcharges, analyze courier costs for e-comm, follow up on dept heads sign off, process payments made.
- Creditors - Landlords: reconcile charges against leases, process invoices, process invoices, process payments made.
- Creditors - Overseas: check and calculate clearing invoices, cost and process overseas invoices, process payments made, update customs database file.
- Cash Book Processing: process invoices on adhoc basis, process payments made.
- Weekly Sales Report: capture sales from Stores e
- mailed reports, reconcile Web partners/Topline sales, complete sales report for management.
- Ad hoc: Audit stores day end, analysis of petrol card statements, ordering of sundry items, weekly reporting to FM.

Minimum requirements:

- Sage Accounting or Pastel experiences
- MS Office proficient with MS Excel Intermediate
- 3-4 years of experience within a Creditors role

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Diep River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
