**Vacancy: Training and Support Coordinator**

**Division and location: Group HR - Fidelity Corporate Services Institute of Excellence**

**Reporting to: Talent and Skills Development Manager**

The above vacancy exists at Florida, reporting to the Talent and Skills Development Manager.**
**The overall purpose of this position is to coordinate training interventions as per the training function, within area of responsibility. Compliance with best practices, quality assurance standards and Industry requirements as per impacting legislation.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Driver’s License (EB)
- Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Manager and MS Access)
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- PSIRA Grades E-B would be an advantage
- A minimum of three (3) years Project Management Experience in a Training Environment
- Must be able to compile a Project Plan

**Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)**:

- Present and coordinate learnership programs according to industry and internal requirements
- Coach and guide learners on learnership programs
- Communicate learnership program information to learners and facilitate enrolments
- Coordinate eLearning Programs and give guidance to employees
- Record keeping and updating for Claim Purposes
- Compile, coordinate and manage project plans
- Manpower Requests and Staff Movement Processes (HR Functions for Training Department), not all inclusive
- Compliance with legislative and Quality Assurance guidelines that includes but are not limited to:

- SASSETA / PSIRA / NKP/ SAPS / DoL / PFTC/ CAA / QCTO etc.
- Diary Management and Minute Taking
