The successful incumbent will be people-oriented, have a passion for building relationships with existing and potential clients, and have the ability to interact with internal clients on the softer side of the business in a dynamic team environment.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- A Matric certificate
- A thorough understanding of technical information relevant to the Engineering discipline.
- An ability to comprehend technical information and take the relevant action if required.
- A minimum of at least 1 year relevant experience in a technical and client service environment.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- System administration using various software platforms.
- Meet monthly performance measures and quarterly targets.
- Report on Client survey audits monthly.
- Follow through on remedial action of client concerns raised.
- Maintain an accurate digital filing system in line with company standards.
- Inform internal team members about scheduled client visits and appropriate actions required.
- Create opportunities raised in the Client Relationship Perception (CRP) surveys.
- Contacting clients and encouraging them to complete the Client Relationship Perception surveys and at the same time trying to foster a relationship with them where possible.
- Allocation of exception tickets raised in the client relationship perception surveys.
- Data management to ensure accurate information in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool.
- Finalising closed tickets.
- Scan the relevant tender portal/s for relevant tenders aligned with Pragma, its associated partners, and joint ventures.
