**Retail Store Manager (Supermarket): 1pm - 9pm Shift**

We are looking for a Seasoned Supermarket manager with more than 8 years of experience in a fast-paced retail establishment. Excellent problem solving and time management skills. Track record of achieving exceptional results in sales and productivity.

**Job duties include**:

- Enforce safety, health and security rules.
- Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions advertised.
- Plan Budgets and authorize merchandise returns.
- Managing work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
- Managing the purchasing for the store as well as deliveries/returns
- Staff leadership and management
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare merchandise

displays and advertising copy.

The successful incumbent must be able to work shifts, as well as have had solid retail experience within a Supermarket

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parklands, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 7 years (required)

**Language**:

- English & Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
