Duties
- Handling of all permits that is requested by the site.
- In conjunction with the OHP do regular checks on the quality of the drinking water, complete incident investigations, Injuries on Duty and or near misses as well as effective completion and closure of all of Car’s
- Oversee the full implementation of the company’s environmental policies inclusive of keeping records on effluent discharges, Hazardous waste removal, environmental drills, water consumption and keeping of accurate waste statistics.
- Update all noted HSE related action plans and communicate as and when specified.
- Update SHERQ Plans and Objectives
- All environmental Aspects and Impacts must be revised when required and or if new materials or HCS’s are introduced into the work environment.
- Ensure that all documents are controlled.
- Conduct in conjunction with supplier annual noise survey Ensure that biennial AIA Surveys are conducted.
- Ensure that Statutory meetings are scheduled and meeting minutes are kept as well as ensuring that all noted attendees are informed thereof.
- Implement / manage and maintain programs to promote safety, health, environment and risk awareness among all employees, internal and external stakeholders as per Group SHE Requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- BTech in Safety management (preferred) or National Diploma in Health and Safety Management,
- SAMTRAC
- Registered with SAIOSH
- Qualification in implementing and Auditing of ISO 14001
- Qualification in implementation and auditing of ISO 45001
- Qualification in the Auditing of ISO 9001

**Salary**: Up to R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thabazimbi, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
