**Job Description**:

- This role will provide advice, expertise and coordination support for a broad range of key global mobility practices, processes and systems to the Africa region-based Business Units including the Corporate Centre, Group Functions, Global Shared Services, as well as support to help drive organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Work in alignment with the Global Mobility Centre of Expertise and team of Global Mobility specialists on a range of Global Mobility initiatives and projects, and to embed high-quality Global Mobility processes and practices across the Africa region
- Work with internal stakeholders (wider Reward team, Tax, Legal, HR, Payroll) and external compliance partners to deliver key activities and support in the Africa region
- Manage assignments (physical and virtual), permanent transfers and international remote working requests for the Africa region
- Build an understanding of the external Global Mobility market and best practices as relates to Global Mobility activities, processes, technology platforms
- Educate key internal stakeholders on key Global Mobility policies and processes in region
- Maintain a working knowledge of the compliance and legislative landscape across key business locations in the Africa region
- Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in Global Mobility processes and best practices
- Sound knowledge on tax and immigration legislation
- Experience in End-to-end global mobility processes
- Wider HR processes and how these interrelate with the Global Mobility experience
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems including global mobility configuration
- Global Mobility accreditation desirable
