Franchise dealership in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town has a position open for an **experienced **Bookings Clerk / Service Receptionist in their very busy **service department**. This is a fast paced environment and you would need to be at the top of your game.

Basic salary offered is negotiable / market related + incentives and company contributions to benefits. Working hours could include some Saturday mornings.

Requirements for this position are listed below:

- Matric / N3 minimum qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer literacy skills - courses/training done on Word, Excel - proof required
- **Minimum of 2 years working experience in a service department as a Bookings Clerk / Service Receptionist / Service Advisor / CRM / CLM in Service Department at a specific brand.**
- Willingness to work longer hours and assist other colleagues in the department when required.
- Willingness to work Saturdays (retail hours)
- Drivers' License - must have
- Attention to detail ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R12,500.00 per month
