** AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY - CAR CARE PRODUCTS**

Specializing in premium car care products, the Detailer's Emporium is a premium detailing supplier in Cape Town & a national reach via our online channels.

If you want to join our team, these are a few of the key areas that you will need to be responsible for:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Store rooms**:_
- Accurately verify, check & capture physical goods received for the store
- File & organize invoices for goods received
- Report immediatly any damaged, incorrect stock received
- Maintain stockrooms in an acceptable, clean & organised condition
- Assist in managing & controlling all stock in the store & sales floor
- Stock takes: Stock take Roster planning & Preparations. Capturing of Stock on the spreadsheets & Planning recounts if variances are found - Submission of stock take reports.
- Labelling & barcoding of stock
- **Sales Floor**:_
- Provide our customers with world-class service
- Ensuring the sales floor stock is adequeltly restocked
- Report low stock levels in a timeous fasion
- Ensure that the sales floor is in a presentable contition at all times
- Knowledge of administration and IT systems
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Carry out marketing activities in-store
- **Administrative Duties**:_
- Conduct post-sales client interviews
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups with clients
- Accept telephone calls from clients and direct queries appropriatly

Ad-hoc duties as required by owner &/or store manager.

To join The Detailer's Emporium team you should check all of the requirements:

- Matric or equivalent
- At least 2 years of retail/sales experience is essential
- Store room experience will be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with stock management
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to carry and pack stock
- Hardworking
- Interactive and engaging
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
- Passionate
- Able to perform basic computer tasks & understand the POS system (VEND & YOCO)
- Reliable transport
- Off-site marketing activities, including but not limited to car shows, "park-offs" etc.
- Must be able to work our retail hours - Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00 + Sat 09:00 - 13:00. Select public holidays

**Salary**: R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Plumstead, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
