**Role Mission**

The Sales Representative reports to the NSOM. The Objective is to grow the KZN region in the next year by 40% in Turnover this would include calling on customers as well as calling customers weekly for orders and general check in. This would be through maintaining existing Core Customers and on boarding New Core Customers. Maintaining the Sites ensuring machines are correctly placed in strategic positions, cleanliness and serviced and reporting those that require attention and that they are well presented with current POS.

**Accountabilities**
- Meet and Exceed the Monthly Sales Budget
- Ensure national promotions are sold into the Sites and presented in accordance with the companies Standards.
- Initiate relevant instore specific promotional activities
- Launch of new products as and when presented
- Identify Nonperforming Sites and take necessary corrective action
- Identify Core Customers and ensure that they are well always serviced as per the companies Standards
- Always ensure sufficient Stock on Hand in the region and consult with the depot when stock is required
- Identify potential customers through Google searches, and build pipeline list, Cold Calling to new Potential customers and place or sell in new machines
- Clear knowledge on the different brands within the company and the Core Consumer of each brand

**Metric**
- Quarterly results and Annual results vs Budget as issued by the company
- Number of promotions sold in exceed budget during promotional periods
- At least 90 % of ALL employees have a development plan for the year.
- Increase Core Customers from 29 to 40 in the 2024 financial Year
- Check Stocks weekly at the depot and communicate any shortfalls
- Pipeline List submitted weekly and budget vs actual achieved for new Installations
- Sell in of the different brands and meeting the targeted R3 100 per month turnover per machine.

**Key Competencies**

1. Own reliable vehicle (Must be Insured)

3. Knowledge of the KZN Region (Coastal areas will be beneficial)

4. Experience in FMCG Sales

5. Experience in Excel and MS Office

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. A commitment to excellent customer service

8. Understanding of the sales process

**Salary**: Up to R12,000.00 per month
