Our Johannesburg office based in Melrose Arch serves as the company's Functional Hub for the Southern African Operations which include Global Services, Technology and Enterprise Resource Planning Support Teams.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**This role is a fixed term contract position.**

**Oth**er key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to**:

- Provides expertise and advice to the business relating to proactive talent acquisition strategies;
- Support South32 in the full end to end recruitment process;
- Compile weekly and monthly Resourcing reports;
- Review current recruitment practices and best practices to improvement recruitment at your sites;
- Ensure recruitment processes are completed in a professional, structured, and consistent manner across the business and ensure they are compliant with regulatory and legal requirement;
- Works in collaboration with and provides guidance to outsourced providers for South32;
- Proactively seek out new and alternative channels to reach potential applicants;
- Partnering with the designated operations to fill vacancies, by adhering to recruitment procedure, enforcing process, and ensuring compliance.

**ABOUT YOU**:
**You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition within a Mining environment;
- Demonstrated experience in working on an Applicant Tracking System to fill vacancies;
- Experience in SAP Success Factors would be advantageous;
- Demonstrated experience in the use of professional networks and job boards;
- Experience liaising with diverse and complex stakeholder groups at all levels of an organisation and working with 3rd party suppliers in support of strategic people initiatives.

**Qualifications for this role are**:

- Degree/BTECH/National Diploma in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or Equivalent.
