Foreman Automotive Workshop - Roodepoort

Fast Growing Brand on the West Rand is looking for a Workshop Foreman.

This position can grow into Workshop Manager.

Duties will include:

- Supervise and oversee all workshop activities, including repairs, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles.
- Allocate tasks and resources to technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of work orders.
- Monitor and inspect workmanship to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs and diagnostics as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to technicians to support their professional development and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Coordinate with service advisors and parts department to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Workshop Foreman or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computerized diagnostic tools and software.
- Valid driver's license.
