**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the smooth operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage the reservations department, ensuring efficient handling of bookings and inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and overseeing inventory control.
- Uphold a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the front office area.
- Engage in duty management responsibilities on a shared basis with other heads of department.
- Provide exemplary customer service, resolving guest issues promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in the reservations department and sound knowledge of reservation systems.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and colleagues at all levels.

**Salary**:

- R15,000
- Live-in, shared accommodation provided
