Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting job opportunity at a beautiful property based in Mooi River, KZN. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Front Office Manager to join this team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

**Position**: Front Office Manager

**Minimum Experience**: 5 years

**Location**: Mooi River, KZN

**Accommodation**: Live-in position with provided accommodation (House shared with Executive Chef, communal kitchen, lounge, and garden - private bedroom)

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the smooth operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Manage the reservations department, ensuring efficient handling of bookings and inquiries.
Demonstrate strong administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and overseeing inventory control.
Uphold a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the front office area.
Engage in duty management responsibilities on a shared basis with other heads of department.
Provide exemplary customer service, resolving guest issues promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in the reservations department and sound knowledge of reservation systems.
Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and colleagues at all levels.
