**ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT**
- **Working Hours**:174.67 hours monthly**
- **Shifts could be any day from Monday to Sunday, you will receive your roster a week in advance unless it is an emergency shift that needs to be filled. Shift times may differ between practices; however, this will be indicated on your roster.**_
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
At TAH we aim to create a safe and frustration-free work environment, where empathising with and educating clients is key, whilst giving patients the best preventative and on-time care.
Your contribution to this will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Interactions are friendly and professional according to reception standards.
- Calls answered and directed courteously and efficiently.
- New client details added accurately on the EzyVet System.
- Selling veterinary products and food to clients.
- Questions and queries are addressed according to policies, protocols, and standards.
- Customer complaints handled according to protocol and escalated as required.
- Accurate messages taken and passed on.
- Product knowledge kept up to date through reading, attending training, and discussions with representatives.
- Queuing system accurately coordinated.
- Co-ordinate relevant administration processes.
- Vaccination books updated.
- Filing kept updated.
- Operational problems reported to the Practice Manager.
