**Fixed asset additions - Accurate and timeous processing (On Oracle ERP - FA module)**

- Maintain relevant documentation from other department and follow-up on outstanding information requests
- Obtain site location information from purchase order supporting information (iprocurement system)
- Provide weekly capitalisation status report
- Escalation of capitalisation exceptions identified
- Sourcing of asset information required for asset capitalisation purposes based on assigned processing lists - this entails liaising with budget holders, project managers and project accountants responsible for asset deployment
- Clean-up accrual reconciliation report
- Assist in other adhoc duties within Fixed assets

**Maintain correct documentation**
- Maintain reconciliation and supporting documents of all items to be processed and file these according to purchase order number complete with copy of provisional acceptance certificate and or POD
- Obtain project roll out report from project management office indicating completion dates for full turnkey projects (“FTK”) to determine date placed in service. If completed capitalize in terms of IFRS standards and fixed assets policy.
- Ensure a report is maintained of incomplete projects - the report must be validated and forwarded to the project accounting department with copy to fixed asset manager for tracking as work in progress (“WIP”)
- Provide weekly capitalisation status report with action plan to resolve outstanding items.

**Rectification of misallocations and removal of negative assets created historically**
- Perform asset cost adjustment on subsequent credit notes received to ensure that the fixed asset register values are correct

**Customer Service**
- Ensure all customer queries are attended to within defined standards of quality and resolved within agreed SLA’s
- Ensure that customer specifications are met and that the customer is satisfied with the end service and/or product
- Provide input / advice on the best approach / solution to reach the best results to meet customer requirements
- Deliver first time right service excellence
