**VACANCY: INTERNATIONAL MARKETING SPECIALIST**

**Centurion / Cape Town**

Montego Pet Nutrition, a market leader in the Pet Food Industry, is looking for an International Marketing Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing the international marketing strategy.
- Plan, consolidate and review consumer marketing activities in support of the various operational plans.
- Researching various campaign channels for the implementation of country-specific consumer marketing initiatives.
- Advising role-players of best practice solutions and initiatives for implementation.
- Supporting the International Sales Team, Distributors, and other stakeholders with implementation of campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Managing the development of creative material and resources for Distributor in-country deployment.
- Establishing and maintaining Business to Business relationships and optimising opportunities such as international conferences, forums, and media.
- Positioning the company value proposition in the international pet industry, specifically in Africa.
- Developing a marketing strategy aligned with the overall business strategy as well as customised plans for each country.
- Communicating operational plans and obtaining buy-in form Distributors.
- Managing, reporting and recommending budget requirements, travel expenses and subsistence allowances.
- Develop, manage and maintain all marketing tools related to international marketing.
- Manage direct reporters’ tasks, performance, and training.
- Coach and train team members, creating growth opportunities and creating a team atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / B-Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Honours Degree in International Marketing or Business Management highly advantageous.
- Proven work experience in Marketing and management, at least 8 and 5 years, respectively.
- Commercial experience will be beneficial, especially within African countries.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and team management skills.
- Eligible to travel internationally, without restrictions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R300,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 8 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's Licence (preferred)
