An excellent opportunity has become available to join a leader within the medical dentistry industry, as a Dental Receptionist. The role is based in the Cape Town area.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Certification in office administration, medical administration, or similar
- Proven experience working in a dental office
- Excellent communication skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Appointment Management:
- Booking all appointments
- Confirming all appointments via phone and sms
- Cancellation list organization
- Appointment coordination
- Coordinating appointments with specialists
- Recall management monthly
- Dr reminders
- Accounting Management:
- Day end recon
- Month end report printing
- Sending out accounts to pts
- Petty cash control
- Payment allocations
- Lab fee posting
- Patient Management:
- Field pt queries and send to correct person eg coordinator
- Basic Reception Duties
- First answer for phones
- Check VM
- Areas to Fill in when necessary
- Fill in for other receptionist
- Estimate signing
- Teamwork
- Each member of staff is to be the best team player they can be by offering to help where they can and slot in where necessary
**Salary**: Market related
