**Dental Receptionist** required for Absolute Dental in Glencairn Heights, Simon's Town.
- **Working Hours**:_

Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 16:00

Saturdays: 08:00-13:00 (every first and third Saturday monthly)
- **Salary**:_ Negotiable (depending on experience)

Absolute Dental is committed to ensuring our patients receive top-notch care in a welcoming and friendly environment. As part of our commitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Verify and update patient information.
- Manage billing and medical aid claims.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of dental software will be advantageous (ExACT and MediSwitch).
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
