**Purpose**:
To provide operational forecasts and schedules to agreed company standards and timescales, ensuring cost effective use of resources against planned volumes whilst considering the work/ life balance of our agents. This role is intended to produce staffing plans that are agreed internally and externally with our Clients.

**Requirements/Responsibilities**:

- NQF Level 4 ( Matric )
- Advance excel skills
- Monitor the successful delivery of operational targets according to client agreements, by using planning, forecasting and real time measures.
- Management of real time Analysts
- Client Relationship management.
- Ensure efficient daily operations of team against KPI measures.
