**Job Description**:

- The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and actively managing a team of Administrators servicing multiple Business Units across the EMEA and the APAC region.

**More of your responsibilities will include**:

- Management of onboarding cases in ServiceNow related to the relevant Business Unit and ensuring the work of the team meets the required standards
- Assess and manage team capacity and demand planning to provide best practice expertise, whilst maintaining focus on the new joiner and line manager experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve key barriers / risks / core problems which may hinder delivery of operational onboarding activities
- Drive operational efficiencies and ensure good governance
- Review and analyse data to drive team performance and provide regular management information reports as required.
- Ensure any engagements with stakeholders are consistent with long-term Business Unit and Group sustainability initiatives and standards
- Lead the adoption of standards, new ways of working and system usage within own team and stakeholders
- Maintain alignment and standardisation of onboarding requirements between Business Units within the region
- Manage the growth, development, and performance management of the Onboarding Administrator teams
- Work within policies, processes and systems and advise your leader of any issues which impede your, or the team’s performance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and make recommendations accordingly.
- Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Strong organisational skills; take initiatives, time management; attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- 5 - 7 years’ experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally working to deliver on SLAs
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of performance and efficiency benefits through coaching and people development
- Focus on continuous improvements - ability to identify, share and coordinate continuous improvement opportunities
- Experience in leading and managing a diverse team in multiple countries
