**Job Description**:

- As a key member of the Onboarding Team, the Onboarding Administrator communicates and collaborates with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all practical arrangements are in place for new joiners. You will also:

- Provide onboarding support to ensure a timely, accurate and positive experience is delivered to the business and New Joiner in accordance to assigned plans, specification, and policies applicable to the onboarding process.
- Coordinate the onboarding activities for new joiners to ensure all pre and post account setups, requests and delivery for all provisioning items are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage delivery of assigned tasks and queries within scope of personal and team workload and agreed handoffs
- Identifying customer needs, seeking and providing effective solutions to their queries and deliver excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create seamless transitions within the Onboarding process.

- Matric
- Relevant post matric qualification would be preferred

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- 2-3 years’ experience in administration role
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, liaising with third party support teams
- Strong interpersonal, oral (includes telephone skills) and written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft suite, applicant tracking systems etc.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Focus on continuous improvements - ability to identify, share and escalate
