**Role purpose**:
Responsible for sustaining the ASOC OSS Quality Management Systems and Service Management frameworks in line with the required industry standards (including: TS16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001, ITSM, SAFe), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control and improve the quality of all processes throughout the ASOC OSS Division and the respective stakeholders. Manage the audit programs to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified. Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Division. Drive the team to achieve quality management system targets and service management KPIs to achieve organizational goals. This includes IT Security management processes in adherence to the Cyber Security policies.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (TS16949/ISO9001) and ITSM frameworks
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility - Set objectives/KPIs, review and assess compliance
Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting
Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required
Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Vodacom’s policies and procedures for information security.
Design and/or conduct security risk assessments
Build and maintain the controls matrix in alignment with multiple compliance frameworks and standards
Prepare compliance reports and status reports, identify issues, and report to senior management
Support key business initiatives by identifying security and compliance related risks
Assist with various internal and external audits, and their responses and remediation efforts
Ensuring internal compliance (including IT, vulnerability scans, annual training, etc.) are executed in a timely manner
Communicate to senior management, through reports, presentations, metrics and other documentation, any cyber-security risks identified

**Technical / professional qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
2-5 years’ experience in QMS Auditing or ITSM or Information Security management sector
Membership of an industry related professional body would be advantageous
QMS Auditing experience and managing audit programmes
A detailed understanding of TS16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001
Strong Six Sigma/Lean, ITIL Service Management and Cyber-Security management skills
Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Strong report writing skills.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality strategy
Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers - Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities
Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality and Service Management processes
