The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Revenue Operations team responsible for ensuring that incentive compensation plans help drive activities which result in the achievement of company goals. The Incentive Compensation team combines attention to detail and close adherence to the payroll calendar in ensuring accurate and timely payouts to plan participants. Reporting to the Manager, Incentive Compensation, the Compensation Analyst proactively identifies risks and opportunities while developing recommendations based on in-depth analysis of results
**Responsibilities**:
- Calculate incentive compensation earnings and analyze results
- Build and maintain incentive compensation plan documents for distribution
- Partner with Sales Operations to clarify and correct questionable results as well as resolve commission related inquiries and exception handling
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations and Finance to help forecast commission expense and accruals as well as respond to audit requests
- Develop specifications for commission tools as well as implement and QA new tools and changes to existing tools
**Does this sound like you?**:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
- 2+ years of related compensation experience preferred
- Prior experience with a commission automation platform and Salesforce preferred
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
