**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist with the data driven journey and gather business requirements from relevant functional stakeholders while prioritizing the functional development and aligning it to the product vision. - Utilize the insights derived from the data team and ensure these are used to improve the B2C ecosystem and fuel the HSA DDS/Insights ways-of-working.
- Accountable for delivering a customer centric HSA B2B2C e-commerce solution.
- Responsible for incorporating requirements and feedback from participating Sales, Marketing, Customers Manage product development on time, scope, and budget with Third Party Supplier, resulting into a clear product development roadmap.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customers to ensure optimal utilization of the solution.
- Partner with third party Suppliers to increase consumer activations and utilization - ensuring a robust activation grid to drive utilization and consumer participation.
- Ensure rollout and implementation into new Sales regions as defined by the roadmap and in conjunction with Sales Stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Work closely with Brand Managers and Trade Marketing to ensure defined Promo Mechanics are successfully initiated and objectives delivered.
- Coordinate the Heineken Beverage Teams and third-party vendors and ensure an integrated approach.
- Manage the day-to-day function of the EPOS team, responsible for Back Office Management.
- Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers and Product Owners to help deliver an integrated, unified E-Commerce platform to support the value chain.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
- Be the end-to-end owner of the product; define the customer experience, manage the business case, identify value propositions, and build out the product requirements.
- Turn high-level project objectives into a comprehensive set of technical requirements.
- Drive requirements, specifications and use cases for new product features.
- Set realistic long, medium
- and short-term development goals and assist the engineering team to meet their deadlines.
- Own and manage the dev sprint backlog and write clear and fully functional sprint tickets in conjunction with the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategy and support growth.
- Successfully manage stakeholder feedback and expectations.
- Draft strategy and development updates for leadership teams.
- Follow Heineken Beverage’s policies and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a retail or ecommerce environment would be beneficial.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner.
- Great integrations experience.
- B2C consumer facing experience.
- A passion for resourceful and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing abilities.
- The ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams, and the ability to translate between the two.
- Experience with data-driven decision making, and a highly analytical approach to prioritization.
- Excellent leadership capabilities including fostering productive team dynamics and coaching.
- Ability to connect user needs to optimize the EPOS solution.
- Demonstrated experience managing Identity Platforms.
- FMCG industry experience highly regarded, but not mandatory

**Education**
- A degree in Analytics, Business Information or Computer Science.
