This is the ideal opportunity for a commercially minded, results-driven individual with a strong track record in managing a Planning Team within a retail environment.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Provide overall business merchandise plans and guidelines
- Giving daily and weekly visibility on key deviations versus Business Plan at Supplier/Seller & category level
- Plan seasonal and monthly sales by department. Review and guide teams on departmental and category plans
- Business OTB Management: Pre-season planning and finalise all budgets with teams
- Development and management of the Planning Team
- Retail margin monitoring
- Fulfillment and replenishment monitoring
- Inventory management and pricing strategy including markdown management
- Actively drive performance of Key accounts
- Commercial plan management in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Define, coordinate and execute promotional events, from Tier 1 events to weekly commercial events
- Provide documented analysis of sales and promotional results
- General management of reporting
- Monitor and react to sales information
- Liaising with Commercial, Operations, Finance and BI Team
- Centralizing all BI requests from local and central commercial teams to ensure commercial has specs for each development needed and receive the right level of prioritization by our BI team

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Degree/ diploma in Business Management, B-Com or similar
- Knowledge of the SA fashion industry / e-commerce industry is an advantage
- Ability to analyze large data sets to make strategic decisions
- Able to communicate effectively with all areas of the business.
- Think out-of-the box and being creative is an integral part of your working and living
- Able to find solutions and be a good decision maker
- Has a strategic / planning view
