**Responsibilities include ;**
- Sourcing Properties
- Advertise and market properties
- Finds and reaches out to new prospects
- Help potential buyers navigate the real estate market

**Qualifications**
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiating Skills
- Agents work on a commission-based income only, with no cap on their income

**Requirements**:

- Own Car
- Own Laptop
- Own Cellphone
- Be 20yrs and above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
