Vesco requires the service of an experienced **Property Manager **to join their team.

**Functions / Responsibilities**
- Manage Properties according to acceptable practise
- Identify and evaluate property business opportunities
- Manage the implementation of approved property projects.
- Comply with all legal requirements applicable to properties, commercial and contract legislation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in property and construction sector.
- Matric or equivalent.
- Familiar with all legislation ordinates and rules regarding property development.
- Strong MS Office, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects
- In - depth knowledge of property development.
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
- Necessary business acumen and skills to identify and evaluate property opportunities
- Organisation and control skills to secure practical implementation of projects.
- Communication skills in different languages will be an advantage.
