**Job Advert**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
- Verifying and updating customer information
- Proactively offering solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might face
- Owning the customer experience and following through
- Working to a high degree of accuracy and speed
- Comprehending complex customer queries
- Acknowledging the feelings of others and reacting appropriately
- Explaining steps and processes that others can easily understand

**What you’ll need**
- Matric
- 12 months international contact centre experience or in an airline reservations or travel agency environment (Essential)
- Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
- High level of English proficiency
- Computer literacy - ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
- Results orientated with solution driven mentality
- Attention to detail
- Clear criminal and credit record

**You will also require the following**:

- Ability to soft sell and convert a call to a reservation
- Ability to pass all training modules during new hire and ongoing campaign training
