The main purpose of this position reporting to the Manager: Dealer Operations is being responsible for departmental administration and coordination of projects related to Kodawari, franchise standards, Training, and Fix It Right provided by the Dealer Operations department which is office based.

**PERIOD**: 24 months Contract

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Management of TSM Kodawari Programme with DM’s
- Coordination of departmental planning and status updates.
- Administration of all departmental activities.
- Update of various statistical data required by Management.
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
- Taking minutes at meetings and typing up and reports.
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. CS Marketing, Parts, Dealer Network, Technical, TALA
- Support in the measurement of key performance areas to identify abnormalities. (PSE, IPSOS, One analysis)

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- NQF level 5 (240 Credits) - Business Management or related qualification
- PC Literacy: MS Excel, MS Projects & Word intermediate to advance level.
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- General automotive business knowledge would be advantageous
- Problem solving mind-set.
- Customer handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- SAP knowledge
